This website is operated by Roboai It Infrastructure L.L.C. (“RoboAI”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, at 2808-23, Tameem House, Al Thanyah First, Al Barsha Heights, Dubai, UAE. RoboAI is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect
We collect only what is needed to answer you and to run the product environments you ask for.
- Enquiry and demo request data — the details you enter in the Contact and Start a Demo forms: name, business e-mail, company, industry, the product you are interested in and your message, together with the page you came from so we can route the request.
- Account and environment data — if we set up a demo or production environment for your organisation: the business contacts who administer it, sign-in credentials, configuration and the data your organisation loads into the environment.
- Correspondence — e-mails, calls and meeting notes exchanged with you about our products.
- Technical data — standard server logs kept by our hosting provider for security and performance: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested and timestamps.
Our products are built for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18, and this website is not directed at them.
Why we use it and on what basis
- To respond to your enquiry and to create, configure and support a demo or production environment you requested — on the basis of the steps you ask us to take before and under a contract with your organisation.
- To run the website securely, prevent abuse and understand aggregate usage — on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a reliable service.
- To keep in touch about the products you asked about — on the basis of our legitimate interest in business communication with professional contacts; you can object at any time.
- To meet legal obligations, including compliance checks that a production agreement may require.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Data inside demo and production environments
Data your organisation loads into an r* product environment (for example client records in rPAM, transaction data in rGateway or knowledge sources in rAgent) belongs to your organisation. We process it only to provide and support the environment, under the agreement in place with your organisation, and we do not use it for any other purpose.
Demo environments are for evaluation. Do not load real personal data of third parties into a demo unless this has been agreed with us in writing; use sample data instead.
International transfers
RoboAI is based in the United Arab Emirates. Our hosting and service providers may store or process data in other countries, including the European Union and the United States. Where personal data leaves the country in which it was collected, we rely on safeguards recognised by the applicable law, such as contractual data-protection clauses with the provider.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and demo requests: for as long as needed to handle them and for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless a contract follows.
- Account and environment data: for the term of the agreement with your organisation, then deleted or returned as the agreement provides.
- Server logs: typically 90 days or less, unless needed to investigate a security incident.
- Records we must keep by law: for the statutory period.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where it applies to you, the EU and UK GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal data we hold about you, to object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to receive the data you provided in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time where processing relies on it.
To exercise these rights, write to info@roboai.com. We may need to verify your identity first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority responsible for you.
Security
We protect personal data with technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, separation of customer environments and logging of administrative access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will inform you and the competent authority as the law requires.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the current version; material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
