The r* products (rAgent, rPlatform, rMarket, rMIB, rPAM, rGateway and rWeb) are provided to organisations under written agreements. Those agreements, not these terms, govern the use of demo and production environments, pricing, service levels and support.

Product descriptions, diagrams and process descriptions on this website are provided for general information about our products and how they are typically adopted. They are not an offer and do not form part of any agreement. Scope, integrations and availability for a particular organisation are confirmed during the demo and configuration steps and in the agreement that follows.

Where a product or edition is described as planned, it is not available for demo or purchase until we say otherwise. We may change the products and this website at any time.

Submitting the Start a Demo form is a request. We decide whether and when to provide a demo environment and may ask for additional information first. Access is granted to named business users of your organisation, is personal to them and may be suspended or withdrawn if it is misused or no longer needed.

A demo environment is for evaluation. It must not be used to operate a live business, to process real personal data of third parties without our written agreement, or to test the security of our systems without authorisation.

The website, its design, text, diagrams, software and the RoboAI and r* product names and marks are owned by RoboAI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view the website and print or download extracts for your organisation’s internal evaluation of our products. Any other reproduction, distribution or modification requires our prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• use the website or its forms to send unlawful, misleading or abusive content, or to impersonate another person or organisation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any environment, or to disrupt their operation;
• scrape or collect data from the website by automated means, other than through search engines in the ordinary way;
• use information from the website to build or market a competing product by copying our descriptions, diagrams or process.

The website may reference third-party services, such as payment providers, data providers or execution venues that our products integrate with. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranty that the website will be available without interruption, free of errors, or that the information on it is complete or current, and we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Liability relating to a demo or production environment is governed exclusively by the agreement with your organisation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from the use of the website that cannot be settled amicably is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, unless an agreement with your organisation provides otherwise.
